JOHN PODLIPNIK

John is a hands-on leader with an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.  The successful execution of this commitment is best evidenced by PTP’s proven track record of repeat business and referrals.  Through John’s strategic, operational and financial leadership, he created and built PTP into a leading provider of customer experience solutions.

As PTP’s founder and chief executive, he has overall responsibility for the success of all PTP engagements. John learned his craft by working for 23 years at American Management Systems (AMS), a company founded and run by Robert McNamara’s Whiz Kids.  As Vice President, he founded and grew AMS’ Sacramento Regional Office into one of AMS’ most successful businesses.

John’s career is built on the principle of “doing before leading” and believes in staying personally active with PTP’s clients and partners to always exceed their expectations. John holds an MBA from UCLA and a BS in computer science and math from the University of Illinois.

JEFF FORDERER

As Partner and Vice President at PTP, Jeff has launched PTP’s customer experience practice into a successful, growing $25 million organization over the last 11 years. Jeff is a results-oriented leader with over 20 years of experience managing complex projects and teams to help organizations transform their customer interactions through the intelligent use of technology. His passion to push boundaries and surpass client expectations, paired with a quick intellect, enables him to help clients innovate in the customer experience space.

Before joining PTP, Jeff was a senior manager in ScanSoft’s (Nuance) Professional Services Organization. In this role, he managed some of the largest and most complex projects, overseeing a team of project managers, technical architects, user interface designers and application developers, and served as a liaison between the professional services organization and the product teams.

Jeff holds a BS in computer science from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

RONALD HAMILTON

Ronald has over 31 years of experience working in the Information Technology industry, with over 21 years dedicated to Cybersecurity. As Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), he is responsible for the direction and operation of PTP’s Cybersecurity Solutions Division, as well as internal Cybersecurity.

Prior to joining PTP, Ronald served as the Vice President of the Vulnerability Assessment Division at SAIC, where he successfully exploited dozens of the largest financial systems in the world, including twice hacking SWIFT implementations. At Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC), he led teams to design and implement Enterprise Networking Systems comprised of more than 40,000 nodes for Citibank, the Department of Defense, and the intelligence community.

Ronald has assessed the security of over half the Fortune 100 and dozens of the largest State and local Governments, including the Texas Department of Health, CalPERS, CalSTRS, Georgia Technology Authority (GTA), California DMV, California Department of Technology, and the City of Chicago.

LYNN OLSON

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing at PTP, Lynn has grown a successful marketing, sales and business development customer experience (CX) organization. Lynn’s strategic relationships, developed from 18 years of consulting experience in the CX space, have enabled her to create a rich partner ecosystem of CX solutions that innovate to answer the business challenges of today’s society.

A true partner to her clients and peers, Lynn is driven by her passion to add value to companies reinventing the way they engage their customers. Her rich, technical experience in business consulting with PTP, Microsoft and Nuance provides her with a strong knowledge base across platforms and solutions.

Lynn holds an MBA with an emphasis in international business from the Carlson School of Management and has helped U.S.-based fortune 500 clients deploy CX solutions globally.
